ATP is a UKATA (United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association) registered training provider
UKATA was formed to establish and promote the very best practises concerning the delivery of all types of asbestos-related training. This is achieved by developing Asbestos Training Standards, Procedures and Disciplines from within its membership, and by working with official government bodies to establish National Standards, Procedures and Requirements.
Trainers
All ATP training personnel have, as a minimum, the BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) qualification S301 + oral examination. This standard provides the status of CCP (Asbestos) – (Certified Competent Person).
All trainers have, individually, between 12 and 22 years full-time, practical, hands-on experience in the UKAS accredited asbestos laboratory/consulting industry. Training experience ranges from 5 to 15 years.
